Both of the link has the same news word to word. Both of them referred the same source '' The Saptahik Jonatar Chuk'' . I have tried to get from all of friends around the world where is from that '' The Saptahik Jonatar Chuk'' published. But I have failed to get the accuracy of their source.
What ever the source, I would like to get some points of the contents. Before that please have some facts about the persons mentioned in the reports.
I think all those are simply Intentional part. I am Just feeling that those people are finding some ways to take Tasneem inside again for unnecessary reasons and they want to seek attention. Now I feel those Journalist know each and every one of us and they know Asif and Naeem even very well . Other wise why will they change Modhupur to Mohammod pur. Another funny statement is about garbage middle class people. 'These type of comments are simply to create negative feelings on the mind of people.
Basically we have two problems Asif is VP of a really good organisation. Thirty-four-year-old Rubel Ahsan has been working in the IT industry in Silicon Valley, California for the last 10 years. Rubel Ahsan is doing well some how quite ok. More or less every one of us has stable professional carrier. Basically It is very easy to highlight Our so called political standing and all that we can't write much on those from Foreign land.
My analysis and comments of the claims:
1. Joy & Tasneem's comment about LORC (?): These are personal opinions and analysis of the situation. As concerned citizens, everyone has the right to analyse the political scenario.
2. "All these garbage -- middle class people", "Hot button to drive them away"-- Don't these seem out of context ? "Joy doesn';t give patta about constitution and democracy" -- Ludicrous. These things must be quoted out of context.
3. "Asif Saleh funds" -- as Asif bhai has claraified, it's the Modhupur fund of DP. See the note to ''The Amder Shomoy'' from Asif and Naeem.

4. "Caretaker govt union of bustards." -- Personal opinion.
5. " Gettiara & Topon Chow, Dr Kamal" -- Isn't it true ? Geetiara looks after the public relation of Tata, Topon Chow going after his business rivals, Dr. Kamal is the law adviser of Asia energy.
6. "Anti Dr. Yunus film" -- There had been lots of anti AL, anti BNP films. So anti Yunus film is no big deal.
7. "B. Umar and Anu Md interview" -- both are anti Dr. Yunus.
8. "Tareq and Hasina news" -- source is DGFI. Seems to be correct.
9. "Exit strategy of army, Tofail Amu gong, " -- Political analysis.
10. " the sooner the army takes over, the better -- Joy" -- out of context.
11. "Lobbying of Dr. Kamal" -- infomration from Joy. Also seems to be correct.
12. Rubel Ahsan, Tasneem & arafat (lakh lakh dollar transaction) -- No idea what they are talking about .
So i would like to request all the yellow journalist to maintain the Rules of Journalism which they have. The journalist can save the nation from corruption. But what happen if they themselves were living i n yellow journalism and corruption?

Compare the Two Cases
Tuesday night an Islami Chatro Shibir Leader in Pabna was arrested by RAB and then released as usually. You can see the news in the Prothom Alo.
There is another news that has not been published anywhere. Tanu Das Gupta, a student of BBA in Leading University, Sylhet has been arrested Tuesday morning at 11.30 am under the act 54 and tortured a lot and then thrown to PS.
I have collected the FIR that is just a rubbish else nothing. Look how a non-political innocent guy was arrested twice for beating the so called 'source of JF'. Have a look to the FIR.

1. If you are Islami Chatro Shibir minded, you will not be charged anything if there were many valid reasons.
2. If you are out of Jamati , you will be arrested twice under clause 54 and thrown to Jail.
I wish to raise few questions from the attached FIR(?) copy;
1. Is there any official post in JF as ' source'?
2.Is it acceptable anything like attached here as FIR/GD without naming any victimized person?
3.If anyone has been freed via honorable court at anytime for arresting under 54, is it legal to arrest him again under clause 54?
4.Can P.S declared anybody as ' SONTRASI' without proving anything in the recent past?
5. Who is administrating the JF in Habiganj? Is it administrating by the so called 'source'?
I think you can get more points from the attached FIR/GD.
N.B: PS of Habiganj has applied for 5 Days remand to torture him again. I don't understand what they are asking for to him? He was remanded before for 1 day but they did not find any thing illegal with him. SO why again ?

Custodial Deaths in Bangladesh
A Bangladesh rights group has recorded 89 custodial deaths and detention of over 175, 000 people during the four months of the state of emergency, proclaimed in January this year.
According to Odhiker, a coalition for the human rights organisations in Bangladesh, lawmen killed 89 people, 49 of whom were killed in shootouts by the elite Rapid Action Battalion, since the Fakhruddin Ahmed's interim government sworn in. The Odhiker released the report on Saturday. The group expressed deep concern over the violation of human rights in the country and demanded probe into all the extra-judicial killings by the law enforcers. It also asked the government to make public the findings of those inquiries.
In Bangladesh civil and political rights are suspended under the Emergency Powers Rule in line the with the January 11 presidential proclamation of the state of emergency. After assumption in office, the interim administration launched countrywide hunt against corruption, resulting in overcrowd in the jails across the country.
According to available statistics, the law enforcers arrested 175,435 people for their alleged involvement in the crime and corruption under the past political governments. A handful of the detainees were releases while the rest are languishing in jail.
Among the 89 people killed during the period, four were activists of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, four from the Awami League, six of the outlawed Purba Banglar Communist Party (Janajuddha), four of underground Purba Banglar Communist Party, three of extremist Purba Banglar Communist Party (Red Flag), two of outlawed Biplobi Communist Party, one of extremist New Biplobi Communist Party, two of underground Gana Mukti Fauj, one of Jatiya Samajantrik Dal, three of Sramajibi Mukti Andolan and four of extremist Sarbahara Party.
One of them was a freedom fighter, one was an indigenous leader and another was reportedly an operative of an extremist group, according to the Odhiker report. Odhikar demanded independent inquiries of all the extra-judicial killings or deaths in custody. It also demanded that the results of all such inquiries should be made public.
It also condemned brief detention of journalist Tasneem Khalil for questioning by the army-led joint forces and has termed it as 'act of intimidation' against human rights defenders.
